Daniela Rubino and Lauren Wilson have a background in sculpture. They have combined experience working in foundries, wood and metal workshops, where they gained specialist skills in casting, mould-making, welding and furniture making. Rubino Wilson have tutored at various institutions working with adults and children.
They are currently developing a mentoring scheme for teenage girls and the LGBTQIA+ community to learn workshop practice in a professional, non discriminatory environment. Unlearning workshop prejudice is at the core of the project.
