Pallares Knives
Pallares have been making knives for over 100 years in the Spanish town of Solsona. Founded in 1917, the company is now run by the third generation of the Pallares family. Every blade is still sharpened by hand.
 
The classic design remains unchanged, a carbon steel blade holds its edge for longer and will, with use and care naturally patina over time. Occasional wiping with oil on the blade and handle is the only care needed.
Our Vintage OBT leather lends itself perfectly to the pouch. The simple but clever design, interlocks without the need for stitching to form around the knife.
